"I was referred to Dr Alber by a friend and I'm SO GLAD that I took my dog to him! He is a wonderful and caring vet; he just wants the best for your dog and for you. He cares about his pet parents too! He takes the time to explain everything and let you know what your options are. And he takes as much time as you need to answer your questions. And if you forget to ask something while you're there, he says you can always call. Dr Alber is very friendly and kind, and from my in-depth visit today, it is easy to see that he is very knowledgeable. I also want to mention the other 2 staff members I interacted with today because they are both wonderful too! Kay at the front desk is very sweet and kind, and Natalia, who came in to meet my dog and me and to take her temperature and run a couple of tests on her, was very loving and gentle with her and you can see she loves to care for animals. I'm so thankful to my friend Daniela for referring me to Higley Groves Animal Hospital!"
