"Went to Higley Groves for the first time and must say, I was extremely impressed with everyone. We had to bring my niece's special needs pup in, for what turned out to be a very difficult appointment, and despite having to deliver some VERY difficult news, the Doctor and his techs and staff were very kind and compassionate. They gave him a very thorough exam, explained what was going on with Clyde and while they didn't say flat out,"You should do this", they explained it in such a way to my niece (who has special needs as well), that she was able to be a lot more comfortable in what needed to be done and make the decision that was best for him. Everyone was very sweet and kind throughout the entire process and I can't imagine having to deliver that kind of news to people on a regular basis. We have 3 vets that we go to for different types of animals (exotic, dogs/cats and livestock types) and I will definitely be adding this clinic to our list. Highly recommend."
