"We have lived in AZ for 7 years! We had 2 dogs, lived just shy of 15 & a cat who lived to be 17! We had experience with 3 other Veterinary Clinics! They were Adequate but never loved as we Did Our Vet back home in Missouri! We had a friend refer Us To Higley Groves Animal Hospital as we just took home a Beautiful Girl Puppy! Upon entering we were greeted with a Smile & Felt Welcomed! We were taken to a Room where we had an Assistant & Veterinary Tech who were thoughtful & extremely informative! Gentle Care & Loving of our Pets first experience here! Dr Smith came in & went over everthing you would want to know about your pup! We we were hesitant about a certain non-core vaccine she was informative & polite about how it was Our Puppy Our Choice! Absolutely no guilt or pressure about the information was shared! This was very important to Us as in the past vets had us leaving feeling lectured & insulted! It was a very nice experience to not have that done to Us! We are older & I grew up with about every Animal there is to have! My Husband & I have very strong opinions on certain issues & was respected enough to let Us decide after the Correct information was presented! I will enjoy taking our Beautiful Fur Baby to Higley Groves Animal Hospital in the Future! It is a very Clean Facility which is very important with a Not Completely Vaccinated pup! They cleaned the Room after we left immediately while we stood checking out! That Inpressed Us Both! I hope this Helps you find Your Furever Vet!"

As an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited facility, Higley Groves Animal Hospital regularly undergoes evaluations to ensure that we meet or exceed AAHA's standards of care.

These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
